Gemcutter has 1.0.5, though the last version on rubyforge was 1.0.7.
In the meantime, you can download the 1.0.7 gem from RubyForge and install it manuallyDownload active-fedora-1.0.7.gem from http://rubyforge.org/frs/download.php/64486/active-fedora-1.0.7.gem
