Description
Rather than using hard-coded suffixes, rely on field name mappings from a yaml file. Provide default yam file based on existing ActiveFedora mappings. Also provide recommended mappings for basic interoperability with Blacklight (so Blacklight and ActiveFedora can share a solr index)
