Description
Separate the code into a ruby-fedora gem and an active-fedora gem
(the second gem requires the first)
each gem should have its own rspec tests
versioning should be tracked separately, but both should be set to version 1.0.0 for this release.
it should be possible to install the ruby-fedora gem without installing the active-fedora gem
